Best Practices

Set credits on classrooms before generating transcripts. Credits determine how courses contribute to GPA calculations.
Configure your grading scale properly. Letter grades and GPA values on transcripts come from your school's grading scale settings.
Generate transcripts at the end of each term to capture final grades. Store copies for your records.
Review transcripts before sharing to ensure all information is accurate and complete.

Troubleshooting

Transcript shows no courses:

  • Verify the student is enrolled in classrooms
  • Check the selected year range
  • Ensure classrooms have grades entered

Missing grades:

  • Grades must be entered in the gradebook
  • Only final/overall grades appear on transcripts

GPA seems incorrect:

  • Review your grading scale in settings
  • Check that credits are assigned to classrooms
  • Verify grade percentages in the gradebook
