To access billing:
Only school administrators can view and modify billing settings.
SimpleGrader uses simple, usage-based pricing:

Only active students count toward your bill:
Archive students who have left to reduce your monthly cost without losing their historical data.
The billing page shows:
Your student count is synced daily. Changes during the month are prorated—if you add students mid-cycle, you're charged immediately for the remainder of the billing period.
To update your payment method:
Your next charge will use the new payment method.

There is no time-limited trial. Instead, the first 5 students are free, permanently:
You add a payment method when you grow past five students, and you are only ever billed for the students above that allowance.
Some schools would rather hand their business office one invoice than keep a card on a monthly meter. Email support@simplegrader.com with your roster size to arrange it.
