Welcome to SimpleGrader, a Nocta Labs LLC platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our web application ("Platform"). By using SimpleGrader, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.
SimpleGrader is a web application that allows users to manage their homeschool or private school. This includes resources like classrooms, assignments, grades, students and teachers.
Access to the Platform is free while a school stays within its included student allowance, and requires an active subscription above it.
SimpleGrader has no time-limited trial. A school may use the Platform without payment details for as long as it keeps no more than its included number of active students. The standard allowance is five active students.
To keep more active students than the allowance covers, a school must add billing and maintain an active subscription. A school that goes over the allowance without one keeps its data and can reach its student and billing pages, but the rest of the Platform stays closed until it adds billing or returns within the allowance.
Pricing is charged per active student per month. Current pricing is shown on the pricing page and in the Platform, and may be updated from time to time.
If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, email us at support@simplegrader.com within 30 days and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period unless explicitly stated otherwise.
When a subscription ends, the school keeps its records and moves to the free allowance. It can keep using the Platform within that allowance. Above the allowance, it can reach its student and billing pages until it adds billing or returns within the allowance.
Cancelling a subscription does not delete a school. The owner may delete a school through the Platform instead. Deletion ends access and any active subscription at once. We keep the school for 30 days so support can restore it on request, then permanently delete its records.
We reserve the right to terminate or cancel subscriptions or orders at any time. In such cases, we will notify the account owner and issue a refund for any remaining subscription period.
Our order process is conducted by our payment processor, Stripe.com. Subscription cancellations and refunds are supported.
We are never in possession of your payment information.

We collect and store user data such as email addresses and names of teachers, students, and administrators solely for the purpose of providing the service. This data is not shared with third parties, except as required for payment processing by Stripe.com. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
SimpleGrader is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted and error-free service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always function without disruptions. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of SimpleGrader.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Platform after such changes will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
