You're billed a $2.50 platform fee, plus $0.50 per active student, per month. For example, 25 students would cost $15.00/month.
An active student is any student you've added to your school who hasn't been archived. You can archive students at any time to reduce your bill. Archived students can be restored later if needed.
New users get a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of your trial, you'll be billed based on your active student count. If you don't subscribe, your account will simply become inactive.
We sync your active student count daily, and any changes are prorated to reflect the updated count.
Yes. SimpleGrader only stores essential information like email addresses and names of teachers, students, and administrators. We never store or have access to your payment details — all payments are securely processed by Stripe.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. When you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your data will be preserved for 30 days, so if you decide to return later, you can resubscribe and pick up where you left off.
Yes. If you need to take a break, you can pause your subscription from your billing settings. While paused, you won't be charged, but you also won't have access to the platform. You can resume anytime, and your data will still be there.
Yes. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, email us at [email protected] within 30 days and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
